Customers can log in to Portal Cabotagem , where they can request quotes, track cargo, access real-time information and much more.

It’s quick and easy!

Yes, as long as you are a company! We do not serve individuals, so you need a valid Brazilian company registration number (CNPJ) and an invoice (nota fiscal). We will help you with the rest. :)

To find out where your cargo is with our shipping company, you can track it through Portal Cabotagem .
Here is a video explaining how (in Portuguese):

Cabotage is the transport of cargo between ports in the same country, carried out by shipping companies.

At Aliança, we are more than a container carrier! We go far beyond the port and transport door to door throughout Brazil. Get to know the cabotage leader in Brazil and enjoy the advantages of including cabotage in your integrated logistics.

Three documents are required:

  • Invoice (nota fiscal) in PDF and XML
  • Shipping Support Guide (GAE)
  • Verified Gross Mass declaration (VGM).

All XML and/or NOTFIS files must be sent to nfe@alianca.com.br , referencing Aliança Navegação e Logística Ltda in the <transportar> and/or <autXML> tags, up to two hours after loading. The notes of the NF-e/CT-e must include the Container Number, Booking and Seal.

The Shipping Support Guide (GAE) is the list of invoices per container needed to generate the documentation correctly. If you have never filled one in, we can send you the template, which is very simple to complete.

The Verified Gross Mass (VGM) declaration must be made by the deadline through the link https://www.alianca.com.br/e-commerce-en

Together, we understand your business’s supply chain from end to end, highlighting where we can make improvements, add services, increase security and cut costs.

The booking confirmation will only be sent after the pickup has been scheduled in the system.

An “online quote” means simulating the cost of a shipment according to the type of product to be carried, as well as the origin and destination of your cargo.

In the quote, you can see a breakdown of all the costs involved, depending on the type of service requested, and check the schedule of the next ships.

A “booking request”, on the other hand, is used when you have a valid quote and want to reserve space to transport your cargo.

Once the booking is made, our team will take your shipment forward, handling the documentation clearance and scheduling the pickup.

Pickups must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance through Portal Cabotagem or by e-mail to our Customer Service team.

Pickup can only take place up to 48 hours before the ship arrives.
