One of Aliança’s initiatives is the Atletas do Futuro - Fundo Paraesportivo Brasil-Alemanha, started by the Brazil-Germany Cultural Institute (ISCBA) in partnership with Esporte Clube Pinheiros. Another very important initiative is the “Sailing for All” project, which aims to promote reverse inclusion, a participatory process in which individuals without disabilities experience programs developed for people with disabilities. The company also supports actions for the wellbeing of its employees, like the Sugar Loaf Marathon, which takes place in several cities across Brazil, and the Tribuna FM-Unilus 10 k Run in Santos.
