Aliança adds Zarate call to its Cabotage and Mercosur service

São Paulo (Brazil), 1 March 2012 - Aliança Navegação e Logística starts calling the port of Zarate, Argentina with its Cabotage and Mercosur service on a weekly fixed day basis (Saturday). The first sailing will be with the “Aliança Maracana” (1500 TEU) on 3 March 2012. The inclusion of Zarate aims to meet the growing demand of the market from/ to the port.

Zarate is the second largest port in Argentina and an excellent option for agribusiness in the country. It is a modern port complex and has an investment plan that will ensure its expansion and increased operational capacity.
